Mr Chesterman and his team have worked on our properties for over 10 years, whenever we needed a complete refurbishment to a high standard.
On our individual houses, he has re-wired, re-plumbed, fixed broken down damp courses, fitted new UPVC windows and doors, fitted kitchensm bathrooms and re-decorated for us.
On a majour refurbishment of our apartment block at Marine Park Mansions, he removed the steel staircases, demolished the rear out riggers, rebuilt the exterior face, installed a base for a new lift shaft, organised steel erection for a new balconies and the lift shaft and cladded the shaft. Internally he removed all internal walls and remodelled the interiors. On the top floors, he removed the ceilings, built a mezzanine level and created 2 duplex apartments. This property was finished to a very high standard and remains the jewel in our property portfolio.
His team also assisted in a £3/4 Million refurbishment of our commercial property at The Curve Heswall. There, he carried out extensive demolition works, removing reinforced concrete wall staircase, old refrigeration units working closely with our engineer. In addition, he tanked walls and floor areas which were below external ground level.
Mr Chesterman is a highly motivated efficient worker producing workmanship to a high standard and I have no reservations in recommending him and his team, which I am pleased to say, I have done on numererous occasions.
